How to identify and order a replacement part for your logfire
We want to make this as easy as possible for you!
Simply fill out the form below and follow the helpful tips to include as much information as you can. The more detail you provide, the faster we’ll be able to find the right part for your fire. Once we receive your form, we’ll get back to you with a price and let you know when the part will be ready.
You can pick up your part from our central city store, or we can courier it directly to you.
A guide to identifying the logfire part you need
1. Identify the make and model of your logburner.
If you have a freestanding logfire, check the side or back of the firebox. Most logfires have a metal tag with the make, model, and other details.
Don’t worry about expiry dates—these don’t affect your fire’s performance.
If possible, take a clear photo of the tag and include it with your form, or email it to us.
If your logfire is inbuilt, a photo of the front is usually enough for us to identify it.

The make name should be located somewhere on the front of the logfire

The model name should be located on the metal tag on the back of the logfire
2. Work out which part you need.
Many logfire parts look similar, but they can vary depending on the make, model, and age of your fire —plus different manufacturers may use different names for the same part.
If you're unsure of the part name, that’s okay! You can help us identify it by including a photo and measurements.
Photos and measurements can be uploaded directly to the order form.
Tips for taking helpful photos:
A: IF THE PART CAN BE REMOVED
-
Lay the part flat on a plain back ground.
-
Take photos from above showing the length, width and height.
-
Include a ruler or tape measure laid next to the part in the picture if possible, so that the numbers can be clearly seen OR
-
Write down the measurements and include them in the part order form.

B: IF THE PART CAN'T BE REMOVED
-
Use good lighting and take multiple photos from different angles.
-
If the part is inside the firebox and is hard to get a picture of, taking photos from several angles will help us identify the part.
-
A close up and wider shot gives us more of an idea of the size of the part and where it fits
-
Use a ruler or measuring tape in the photo if you can.
-
Add a brief description like “back left firebrick” to help us identify the part.
