Prepare for your chimney sweep

Your Fire needs to be burnt out by 10pm the evening before to ensure the fire is cold enough for us to service. If we arrive and the fire is too hot for us to service, we will be unable to complete the job on the arranged day. Please allow ideally 1.5m of space in front of the fire for our tools.

We ask that someone is home during the time of the sweep. We conduct 80% of sweeps from the ground level, so we require internal access to the property to complete the job. If this is not possible, please speak with our bookings team to arrange alternative access. 

We do ask for payment on the day when the sweep is completed. This can be paid by either cash, credit or eftpos. All of our technicians carry mobile eftpos machines with them to make life a little easier.

A reminder text will be sent to you the day before your appointment.

If we receive a cancellation in your area, we will be in touch to move your booking forward where possible.
