TERMS OF PROMOTION

By agreeing to our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. TIMEFRAME OF PROMOTION

The Early Bird Promotion runs between October 1st and January 31st of the following year.

The Early Bird Promotion can be booked at any time of the year however the actual chimney sweep must be carried out within the promotion timeframe to qualify for the discount and entry into the prize draw.

2. CONDITIONS OF DISCOUNT

To qualify for the $15 discount you must have the sweep carried out within  the timeframe  stated above. You must pay for the Chimney Sweep at the time of the Chimney Sweep.

The discount applies to a Chimney Sweep service only and cannot be used for any other services Chim Chim Chimney Sweeps provides including repairs or parts.

3. PRIZE DRAW AND NOTIFICATION

Chim Chim Chimney Sweeps will notify the winning entry within the Early Bird promotion time frame in the following year to which the promotion starts.

4. DETAILS OF PRIZE

The type and quantity of wood in the  free trailer of quality dry wood  is at Chim Chim Chimney Sweeps discretion. We guarantee the wood is of a high standard and is an acceptable level of dryness for burning immediately. The value is approximately equivalent to  $650 - $750 retail value. The trailer will contain approximately 3 cubic metres of wood.

5. DELIVERY

Upon notification of the prize winner  Chim Chim Chimney Sweeps will arrange a time with the winning entry and deliver to their address. The winner must be home and ensure appropriate space is available for delivery.

6. PRIVACY ACT

The winning entry authorises Chim Chim Chimney Sweeps to take and use a photograph of the delivery for promotional purposes only. Chim Chim Chimney Sweeps will not use any other details such as the winning entry's name or address.
